Disturbed Woman Hauled From Courtroom

It’s All Mine – Woman Kept Shouting As Carried Off
In local news today, a couple was in court. It seems that last weekend her husband got mad at her for trashing the house and leaving piles of junk helter-skelter throughout their spacious home. The argument quickly escalated into a brawl. The local woman complained that her husband had been striking her and was verbally abusive. The defendant, her husband, tried to explain that she became so enraged that within a few minutes of the argument’s beginning, his wife got a very “strange look” in her eyes and becoming afraid he turned to leave.
Allegedly she gave chase and tried to “scrape his face with her fingernails” and failing this, she continued the attack and tried to tackle him. The defendant said he saw her coming out of the side of his view and at the last moment turned swiftly toward his left side. Not expecting this movement the enraged housewife launched herself into mid-air and fell to the ground and hit like a pancake.
The couple was taken to the local E.R. where Doctors found nothing consistent with her injuries and a fight, but rather seemed to support the man’s claims and wrote these abrasions were most consistent with someone who had fallen, unprotected, onto the ground. Still the Police kept the couple apart for the week with a temporary restraining order. The judge spoke to the prosecutor in his chambers for a few minutes and came out and announced that there wasn’t sufficient evidence to support her claims. The man was then asked if he would like to file charges against his wife with the City Prosecutor. He promptly answered “no sir”. The judge said that this case was considered closed and whacked his gavel a sharp rap to punctuate his statement.
I guess this poor guy would have rather faced a lion or a tiger than press charges against his wife, but then in a wild turn of events the woman began shouting “MINE, MINE, IT’S ALL MINE you jerk!” She began naming household objects and screaming “MINE” after each one. House, cars, furniture, kids, money, “all mine.”
The judge immediately had the bailiff remove her form the courtroom using mild coaxing and the serious threat of 3 days in jail and a $250 fine. Silence is golden!
