Stock Traders Nabbed – Corporate Scandals

Wall Street Part II?

I watched a full hour 7/8/2004 watching CNN and a shocking interview with a “whistle blower”, regarding the sweeping charges against many large brokerage firms and mutual funds about “after hours buying” at closing bell prices. These companies were quietly admitting to, and making settlements to reimburse “whomever” for the practice of selling shares after hours at the closing bell price.

This allowed people to watch news, garner information and make very educated (”fixed”) decisions to purchase at the closing cost, knowing full well, that some bit of news or information they stumbled over would most definitely affect prices on the trading floor when the bell rang for trading the next day. They’d be “sitting pat” on millions of dollars, of “after hour” traded stocks (this is highly illegal) purchased “at a song” given the information in the news, on the radio, TV and the “good ole’ boys” loop, of some bit of news that would cause the stock price to shoot up. Before it leveled out and began to stabilize (drop a bit), our boys would be “cashed out” with millions in their pockets (may God remember the suffering they have caused). All in less than 24 hours!

In fact, I was going to share my thoughts on one company in particular. I started to research the case and found that I had hit the tip of the iceberg. As I waded through news sites and clicked on a “Business” sub-menu, at MSNBC for instance and found entire pop-out sub-menus covering case after case of stock fraud, misuse of company funds and worse. These guys make car-jackers and drug dealers look like “choir boys”, and BTW seem to be as slippery as an eel. Check out the Fund Scandal section, in fact look at the links to other “Fund Scandals”, at the bottom of this page. It’s enough to make me physically ill!

Just for kicks, and if you really enjoy a hard kick in the groin, please follow me to this page devoted to ongoing corporate scandals and so much more. I promise you’ll be angry! I’m livid and have no one but “Bob” the rubber “punching bag man”, to “beat the crap out of” over it! You’ll find links to such eye openers as:

I’m shifting gears to self defense…up close and in your face! The stuff that works in the street, puts ‘em down and allows time to recover or escape. It’s going to be a blast! Hey, if any of you guys want to learn some “no-nonsense” basic stuff, gals/chicks/ladies need to end a date, “cool down” an amorous suitor or if you’re just a “big pussy” and want to learn some cool self defense tricks that work……tune in, because they’re coming next!
