President Bush Speaks Out In Atlanta
USA Today reports that President Bush called on Congress to quickly pass legislation setting up a military commission to try terrorist suspects and authorizing the controversial use of electronic surveillance without a warrant.
The President shrugged off criticism of “electronic surveillance w/o warrants” and said this is “a critical tool in that fight”.
