Needed Cash for Dope – Not Hope

MSNBC reported that a Delaware County Cub Scout was robbed of at least $200 while selling goodies at a local WaWa’s convenience store. The young 7 year old boy had been selling popcorn to raise money for his troop was robbed of $200, and the thief’s picture has been caught on tape.
