I saw an ex-NYC homicide cop “security expert” (nameless) tell a TV news reporter that the thing to do if a nut starts shooting up your workplace is:

1.) Find out what’s going on.

2.) Use your hand held, company provided beeper to get updates while you…

3.) Hide in your cubicle quietly and hope the guy doesn’t find and shoot you.

I wish somebody had the smarts/gumption to ask this self-serving, beeper selling, gun elitist what HE would do.  Because he would have said he would shoot the guy.  The “expert” gets to carry a 9mm pistol even though he’s no longer a cop because he has connections in NYC.  But he probably doesn’t think YOU should because he believes you should cower quietly and hope the duly appointed government forces arrive before you get killed.  We have all seen how well THAT DOESN’T Work.

Don’t let anybody tell you that you can’t or shouldn’t fight back. Recall Miss America 1944, 82 years old and leaning on her walker, stopped fleeing felons on her property with a snub nosed .38.

Let’s demand some sanity.  Nobody is going to save you if a homicidal nut or terrorist shows up where you and your family are minding your own business except, maybe, you.  As the media continues to fail to point out, the Israelis learned this long ago and a substantial number of school shooters and bombers there have been stopped cold by armed citizens.

Take a step back and think it through.  These guys don’t attack police stations.  They attack places where nobody, presumably, has the means to resist them.  Right now, even background checked, trained and legally armed concealed handgun license holders are barred in most states from being armed in stores, restaurants, schools, as well as in federal facilities (NASA, post office) I see the signs on the doors everywhere. 

Behind the scenes, knowledgeable police trainers are discussing how to reverse this in the face of massive and continuous media anti-gun bias (”one man or woman with effective fire from behind cover inside the school can hold off a group of attackers for five minutes”….Lt. Col.  Dave Grossman, law enforcement motivational speaker, at a 2007 conference on terrorist issues sponsored by the International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors [IALEFI] in Atlantic City).

I support CC laws and oppose all State and Government measures to disarm it’s citizenry!  What do you think?
