On the “Contact Us” page you can read that I welcome comments and questions regarding issues of self defense, self defense products and martial arts.  My email address is listed, so use it and I’ll be happy to interact and post information that readers are particularly interested in.  Use it!  Okay?

If you would like to know a little more about me personally, you can check out my Squidoo self defense lens, which tells a bit about my background and even has a snapshot of me, that my daughter took when I turned around outside our garage.  It’s a bit stony faced but I’m not a big “smiley type” guy and I’d just closed the door after seeing a big mess that the kids had made inside. I’m sure some of you can relate to that!

Anyway, this blog is written for YOU – to inform, recommend and advise readers in matters of self defense.  My goal when beginning it years ago, was to empower those who are, or have been victims of crime and to show them methods from the martial arts or self defense products, that I believe might help them.  To live without fear is freedom and that’s what I’d like to contribute to, in each and everyone’s life!
